30-Day Free Returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item should be unused or in gently handled condition.
- Original packaging is preferred whenever possible.
- Products must not be intentionally damaged.
Free Return Shipping
We proudly provide FREE return shipping on eligible orders.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
Orders that have already shipped must follow the return procedure.
